• One regular paper registration can cover a paper within 4-5 pages
including all figures, tables, and references. If the paper is more than
5 pages, additional pages will be charged.
• Each paid registration covers only one paper; you can pay Additional
Paper Fee for one more paper from the same first author who already has
a paid registration.
• At least one author for each accepted final paper must register for
paper publication.
• Each accompanying person should register as a delegate (no publication
and presentation) to participate.

• The onsite registration is only applicable for listener and those who
submitted abstract for presentation only. For conference materials
preparation, please do finish the online registration form at least one
month before the conference date.
• The conference organizers cannot accept liability for personal
injuries, or for loss or damage of property belonging to conference
participants, either during, or as a result of the conference. Please
check the validity of your own insurance.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be sent in writing to the conference email box:

* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund
* After conference: no refund
** 1. The above item is based on deduction for any bank transfer fees
(30USD). 2. In case of visa rejection, no-show or early departure, no
refund of registration fees will be made. 3. All refunds will be
processed after the conference. 4. Due to force majeure including but
not limited to earthquake, natural disaster, war and country policy,
organizer reserves the rights to change the conference dates or venue
with immediate effect and does not assume responsibility for any
additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for
travel and lodging.
AUTHOR REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES
1. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and
attending all technical sessions.
2. The registration fee does not include:
• Accommodation
• Visa application fee
• Transportation fare
3. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
4. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee
within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.
5. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will post the
print proceedings to you together with the payment receipt/Fapiao.
